1. Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship across all Emirates in the UAE.

• International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

• Standard delivery within UAE: 2–5 business days.

• Express delivery (Dubai & Abu Dhabi): 1–2 business days (where available).

4. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping fee: AED 15.

• Free delivery for orders above AED 200.

• Express delivery charges may apply depending on location.

5. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.

• You can track your shipment using the provided tracking number.

6. Delays

• While we aim for timely delivery, unforeseen factors (weather, courier delays, public holidays) may affect shipping times.

• We will notify you in case of significant delays.
